About the role
Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney with appellate and advanced motions experience to join our national Appellate & Advanced Motions Practice Team. This position may be based anywhere in the United States, with remote work options and preference for candidates located near one of our offices.
You will collaborate with attorneys across offices on sophisticated legal issues in complex litigation, draft appellate briefs and petitions, argue dispositive motions, and help shape
