- Enthusiastically greet Pet Parents, guests, staff, and dogs.
- Answer questions in person, by phone, email, and text.
- Conduct facility tours and explain our daycare, boarding, and spa services.
- Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and spa appointments.
- Accurately process payments, pricing, packages, and billing.
- Schedule daycare, boarding, spa, and Meet & Greet appointments.
- Follow up with new leads to schedule evaluations and help convert them into members.
- Communicate with Pet Parents and veterinarians regarding vaccination records.
- Promote treats, events, memberships, and additional services when appropriate.
- Communicate with Canine Coaches regarding dogs, schedules, and playroom needs.
- Document important notes regarding dogs, behavior, activities, and Pet Parent conversations.
- Manage multiple computer platforms while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.???? Working With DogsThis is an active, hands-on position, and we welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- You must be physically comfortable and capable of:
- Safely handling and interacting with dogs of all sizes.
- Standing and moving throughout your shift.
- Receiving dogs in the lobby or curbside and escorting them to and from playrooms.
- Assisting with running and transporting dogs during busy periods.
- If you are uncomfortable handling large, energetic, or strong dogs, this position will not be a good fit.
