About the Opportunity: Doherty Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Starbuck, MN. We are seeking candidates for trimming operator roles on the 2nd shift. What You'll Do:
  • Trim parts
  • Quality checks
  • Load and unload product
  • Assist in vibrating area
  • What You Need to Bring:
  • Die cast or injection-molding experience is helpful, but not necessary
  • Must have good listening and communication skills
  • Must be able to comprehend assignments and inform supervisor if there are any problems with a machine or a part
  • Good hand/eye coordination is an asset
  • Mechanically inclined
