About the role

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Lead Value Engineer in the Tucson/Phoenix area to quantify and demonstrate the business value of Mine Star technologies across regional sites. You will establish baselines, develop data-driven business cases, and work with Commercial teams to drive technology adoption. You will apply mine planning and performance analysis to shape deployments, benchmark outcomes, and communicate results to executives.
