About the role
PCSI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team at our corporate headquarters in Austin, TX. You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting across supervisory, management, and administrative roles, coordinate with hiring managers, and move offers forward while analyzing talent data.
This role offers a hybrid schedule (2 remote days/week after training), on-site during training, and a mission to create a positive candidate experience.
