Role Description: The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, responsible for overseeing exterior remodeling projects from initial planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and supervising project timelines for window replacement and siding installation jobs. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, builders, and architects, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project scope, and timely resolution of issues. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with installation crews and subcontractors to maintain safety standards, quality workmanship, and adherence to manufacturer specifications. Additional tasks include preparing project documentation, tracking materials and deliveries, conducting site visits, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
Job Responsibilities: Maintain monthly revenue targets. Exercise general supervision of multiple job sites to monitor and manage projects during each phase of installation; including but not limited to pre-installation, installation, finishing, and closeout. Create and execute project installation (labor) invoices. Manage and maintain day-to-day operation aspects of a project, the installation schedule, and project scope of work. Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards from beginning to end. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and uploaded into the company's CRM.Oversee work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project. Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed. Responsible for ensuring that installation activities move according to predetermined schedule and project profitability forecast, monitoring the progress of installation activities on a regular basis.
Qualifications: Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for window projects. Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, with strong abilities in site supervision and quality control. Proficiency in client communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution, with a focus on clear, professional interactions. Knowledge of residential construction practices, preferably in exterior remodeling, windows, doors, and siding systems. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation guidelines (Marvin, James Hardie or similar).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Comfort using project management and productivity software (e.g., scheduling tools, CRM, spreadsheets) to track progress and documentation. Understanding of jobsite safety practices and local building codes; OSHA awareness or certification is a plus. Relevant experience in construction management, exterior remodeling, or a closely related field; prior field experience is strongly preferred. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across the Denver metro and nearby mountain communities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
