Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both3+ years of functional configuration experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance (SAP EAM/PM), including configuration across 3+ functional areas such as technical objects, notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points/counters, refurbishment, calibration, permits, or linear asset managementParticipation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ implementation in a primary SAP EAM/PM role1+ year of configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside of SAP EAM/PM, such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Warehouse Management (WM), or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including requirements gathering, configuration, and end-to-end testingExperience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferredMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagementsParticipation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementationExperience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management or SAP mobile maintenance capabilitiesCurrent SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, or another SAP certification in an integrated module supporting asset management and maintenance operationThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
