Forge Line Technician Inova Staffing Services is hiring Forge Line Technicians for our top client in Streetsboro, OH! This is a great opportunity to join a long-standing manufacturer known for quality forged steel products and a strong team culture. Shifts Available:1st Shift (6:45am-3pm)2nd Shift (2:45 pm 11:00 pm)3rd Shift (10:45pm-7am)Training: Must train on 1st shift
Pay: $19.00$21.00/hr
Type: Temp-to-hire Weekly Pay + long-term opportunity What Youll Do: Work on a team of 34 operating and setting up forge and trim presses Move and position hot billets using hand tools and material handling equipment Operate forging machines and visually inspect parts for quality Assist with die changes, setups, and press adjustments Follow all safety procedures in a hot, active production setting What Were Looking For: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience (press operation transfers well)Strong mechanical aptitude hands-on experience with machines or vehicles is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Consistent work history longevity and reliability matter Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen and background check Since 1992, Inova Staffing Services has helped businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs.
