About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Product to take the lead in redefining and unifying its product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the go-forward product strategy, making critical decisions on product unification, investment, and retirement. This hands-on leadership role demands a leader who is as comfortable with prototyping and building as they are with setting strategic direction. The SVP/VP of Product will be instrumental in transforming a fragmented product surface into a cohesive platform, installing a modern discovery and delivery model, and building a product organization that is agile and AI-native. Collaboration with engineering is key, and the role requires a leader who can balance the demands of customer and commercial value with the technical aspects of product development. Applicants for the SVP/VP of Product position at the company should have a proven track record in senior product leadership, with a focus on fast, focused product development. The role requires a leader with a strong background in product, design, UX, and frontend, and a deep understanding of how to leverage AI in the product development process. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer instinct, be adept at clear and direct communication, and have the ability to challenge assumptions and make data-driven decisions. Experience in vehicle, mobility, logistics, dispatch, or marketplace software, as well as a background in payments or embedded finance, is a plus. The company values a remote-first, fast-paced, and customer-centric work environment, and the role is suited to a leader who is passionate about reshaping product development with AI.Hiring Manager TitleCEOFunctions Product Management Product Marketing
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
