About the role
- Legal form filings and proper research to gain knowledge of and understanding how vital accuracy is to the tasks at hand
- Review, edit data
- Assist operations teams (e.g. legal, financial, other) in preparing, proofreading, and filing documents / applications / etc.
- Conduct, review Firm-wide conflicts checks against related parties
- Maintain organized files and manage document workflows
- Track, calendar deadlines and filing schedules
- Generate, populate templates in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., document automation, legal research platforms) to enhance workflow efficiency
- Provide administrative support to Operations teams and beyond
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Associates degree or higher preferred 4 years’ relevant administrative-focused experience ideal – experience in a professional services environment (law firm, management advisory / consulting firm, similar a plus) – or a corporate setting
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) required
- Process mindset (ability to improve processes and execute of task)
- Strong attention to detail with a proven behavior of accuracy, proofreading / editing skills, organization skills, planning and data management/entry are key
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Availability for full-time work, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility for after-hours work as neededLOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE
