About the role

Leland is seeking an experienced dance coach to help dancers sharpen technique and prepare for auditions, performances, and competitions. You will teach technique training, choreography, and flexibility and conditioning while guiding audition and performance prep. Ideal candidates have professional or competitive dance experience, with prior experience judging dance competitions, and a clear, structured approach to helping dancers grow their technique and confidence.
