This role serves as the commercial and relationship leader for the network, ensuring FBO engagement directly supports contract fuel growth, customer acquisition, and long term retention.The Director partners closely with AEG's sales and marketing teams to execute go to market strategies, support account origination and conversion, and position AEG as the preferred fuel and services provider within the general aviation ecosystem. This role blends sales enablement, network management, training, and brand leadership to maximize network performance and revenue contribution.Responsibilities:Drive contract fuel conversion across the AEG Connect FBO network by aligning FBO engagement, training, and incentives with AEG sales objectives.Partner with contract fuel sales and inside sales teams to support new account origination, conversion, and expansion across based and transient traffic.Support FBO sales efforts through travel, on site pitching, joint customer meetings, and assistance with closing opportunities.Build strong working relationships with FBO staff to ensure consistent promotion of AEG contract fuel and services to customers.Partner with marketing to increase brand awareness and preference across the network through targeted campaigns, trade shows, events, and local market initiatives.Support local market penetration by coordinating with aviation associations, sponsorships, and events, bringing contract fuel sales representatives into the field as appropriate.Act as the central liaison between FBO partners and internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.Host recurring business reviews with FBO leadership and internal stakeholders to review performance, address feedback, and align on growth initiatives.Act as the primary liaison between FBOs and third party vendors such as X1, NATA, Polaris, and others during onboarding and ongoing operations.Gather and analyze customer and FBO feedback to continuously improve service delivery, brand perception, and conversion effectiveness.Train FBO customer service representatives and leadership teams on AEG contract fuel programs and all ancillary products including rewards, technology platforms, and value added services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field.Five or more years of experience in aviation sales, contract fuel, FBO operations, network management, or related fields.Strong understanding of contract fuel programs, FBO operations, and general aviation customer behavior.Demonstrated experience driving sales enablement, partnership growth, and cross functional initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.Proven ability to influence without direct authority.Ability to travel regularly to FBO locations, industry events, and customer engagements.What We Offer:Competitive salary package4 weeks of PTO to startHealth Benefits Dental & Vision Insurance6% match on 401KA collaborative and innovative work culture.
