About the role

Safelite Group is seeking a UX & Predictive Experience Lead Researcher to accelerate learning in our digital product org. You will blend first‑party data, predictive modeling, AI, experimentation, and direct customer research to inform faster, better product decisions. You will report to the Director of Product Design and lead this capability as a senior individual contributor across research, design, product, analytics, and data science.
