About the role

To enhance customer engagement and retention, the full-time Onboarding Account Executive will provide onboarding support for new clients on the PartsTech platform, manage existing client accounts, and identify upsell opportunities while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Establishes and develops customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty through technical and product support Delivers insights and solutions to demonstrate product value and engages in product demonstrations with clients Analyzes customer data to improve the overall customer experience and makes recommendations for onboarding processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience in a client relationship role such as account management, customer success, or sales Proven ability to use business intelligence tools for data analysis Strong collaboration and partnering skills Impeccable customer service skills with a passion for enhancing customer experiences
