The Ascend Residency is a paid leadership contract role within Alma's in-house immigration community. Each month, a Resident shapes discussions and creates practical resources for immigration leaders across companies.
Responsibilities include hosting webinars, sponsoring events, publishing insights, and contributing a durable framework or playbook while engaging peers in ongoing conversations. It is a 1099 independent contractor role.
