Job Description
Location: Westbrook, Maine We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team at a plating facility that serves critical industries, including aerospace, defense, firearms, and medical manufacturing. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Location: Westbrook, ME
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities: Rack and unrack parts for processing Sandblast, buff, wash, wire, and clean parts Perform general labor tasks throughout the production area. Assist with quality inspections and basic testing before and after safety procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support team members in meeting production goals Desired Background/
Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling small parts Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
