About the role
We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end transformation delivery across global teams. You will shape the program plan, manage cross-functional streams and governance and keep execution on track from design through go-live. If you enjoy complex SAP delivery with real business impact, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery across greenfield, brownfield and selective data transition programs
- Own program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery reporting across international stakeholders
- Coordinate end-to-end process streams including Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay and Finance to Manage
- Partner with solution teams to align SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Fiori and integration scope to business outcomes
- Drive delivery using SAP Activate, ASAP and SAFe ways of working based on project needs
- Manage delivery tooling and documentation in Jira, Confluence and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Enable process and transformation analysis using Signavio Transformation Suite and structured workshops
Requirements:
- Proven SAP delivery management background across SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
- Experience managing complex delivery across multiple workstreams, locations and stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of SAP end-to-end business processes including Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay and Finance to ManageHands-on ability to run governance, planning, RAID management and executive-ready reporting
- Familiarity with SAP Activate and agile delivery approaches including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Confidence using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Signavio Transformation SuiteNice to have
- Exposure to RISE with SAP delivery models
- Working knowledge of ABAP Cloud, RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) or SAP Build
- Experience delivering rollouts or multi-country templates
