About the role
To enhance the recruiting efforts for wealth management firms, the full-time remote Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter will source and attract experienced financial representatives while collaborating with field leaders and executing recruitment strategies across the United States.
Key responsibilities
Source and recruit experienced financial representatives using various tools and strategies
Travel to meet with recruits and partner with field leaders to develop recruiting strategies
Facilitate education programs and workshops to enhance recruiting skills among team members
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruiting experienced financial service representatives
Proven success in program development and management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
