In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You donotneed prior travel industry experience - we provide complete training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages Take notes and maintain accurate records Provide friendly, professional customer service Learn and use travel tools provided during training What Were Looking For No experience required - beginners welcome Full training provided Strong verbal + written communication Comfortable using email and basic computer tools Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for travel or helping others
