About the role

Voyager Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated people partner for a core business division. You will sit in the People department, embedded with site leadership in San Diego, advising on strategy, employee relations, and talent programs to enable high performance. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP, with CA employment law knowledge and proficiency in HRIS tools (ADP/Workday).
