Key Responsibilities:
Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to various job sites. Complete all required inspections and documentation. Deliver concrete accurately while maintaining product integrity. Communicate effectively with dispatch and jobsite personnel. Maintain a clean truck and work environment. Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies. Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, entering/exiting cab, and working outdoors. Support operations as needed, including occasional travel to nearby facilities.
Requirements:
Strong communication and comprehension skills. Ability to use basic hand tools. Flexible schedule availability. Must pass all pre-employment screenings. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Ability to operate automatic and occasional manual transmission trucks. Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A or B CDL with current DOT medical card (required).Two years of commercial driving experience preferred. Ready-mix experience a plus. CRH has a long and proud heritage.
