Pharmacy Technician

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in detail and service, we want to hear from you.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare, count, label, and dispense prescription medications accurately under pharmacist supervision Process third-party insurance claims and collect patient co-payments Maintain accurate patient profiles, prescription records, and inventory logs Communicate professionally with physicians, patients, and insurers Support front-end operations including greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting with OTC product location Keep the pharmacy environment clean, organized, and fully stocked Comply with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESStrong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in pharmacy management software Solid organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and punctual Team player with professional telephone etiquette━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent Creole speaking candidates HIGHLY PREFERREDSpanish speaking candidates HIGHLY PREFERREDActive Pharmacy Technician License from the Board of Pharmacy in the state of employment Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and medical terminology Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
