About the role

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Subcontracts Specialist (site based, solar renewables) to manage subcontract agreements for utility-scale projects and act as the onsite commercial liaison with subcontractors. The role emphasizes risk-based contract administration, change management, and collaboration with PM, Construction, Procurement, and Legal teams across project execution. The position is site-based with up to 100% travel across the US, including assignments in NM and other states.
