Electrical Engineering Intern

Responsibilities: Learn about industrial machinery, motor controls, software programming, and state of art PLC systems. Provide support for various Electrical Engineering Projects. Perform Engineering drawing modifications. Troubleshoot a variety of industrial manufacturing equipment including aluminum rolling lines, mobile equipment, and furnaces. Work under the supervision of staff engineers on control plans, system testing, and machine commissioning.

Minimum Qualifications: Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University. Must be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or recent Graduate. Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Preferred Qualifications: Prefer students majoring in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD products. Desire to learn or ability to use PLC systems. Familiarity with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other troubleshooting tools.
