Position: Warehouse Production Operator
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Location: Socorro, TX 79927
Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Overtime: May be required based on business needs
Language: English required; bilingual preferred
What You'll Do:
  • Assemble components and products according to work instructions and diagrams
  • Handle and install electronic components with care and accuracy
  • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment
  • Identify and report defective parts or assembly issues
  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move 20–30 pounds
