Job Description:
  • Lead $10M-$20M+ construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are achieved
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Direct project teams, mentor staff, and oversee performance, development, and resource allocation
  • Drive contract administration, financial reporting, forecasting, and project controls using Procore

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Degree, college certificate, or equivalent combination of construction education and experience Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and risk management Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software platforms Experience with education, industrial, multifamily, or affordable housing projects preferred What's on OfferAnnual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 150,000.ESOP ownership program, profit sharing, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits$600/month vehicle allowance, 3 weeks PTO, and potential sign-on bonus Flexible culture with hybrid options, minimal overtime, and early Friday finishes throughout the year
