Accounts Payable Specialist – ContractLocation: San Antonio, TXEmployment Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: Approximately 90 DaysStart Date: ASAPThe OpportunityOur client, a growing organization headquartered in San Antonio, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialists to provide immediate support to its accounting team. These are full-time, approximately 90-day contract assignments with an ASAP start.The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working in a high-volume accounts payable environment and be comfortable processing a significant volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. Experience with international payables and Coupa or a similar procurement/AP platform is a plus.What You'll DoProcess a high volume of invoices accurately and within established timelinesReview invoices for appropriate documentation, coding, approvals, and accuracyAssist with invoice matching, exception resolution, and payment processingResearch and resolve invoice and vendor discrepanciesMaintain accurate AP records and supporting documentationCommunicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment and invoice issuesSupport international payables activities, as applicableWhat We're Looking ForPrior hands-on accounts payable experienceDemonstrated experience processing invoices in a high-volume AP environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable communicating with vendors and internal business partnersExperience with Coupa or a similar AP/procurement system is preferredExperience with international payables is a plusAbility to begin a full-time contract assignment quicklyWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional who is immediately available and interested in joining a busy accounting organization where they can make an immediate contribution.
