About the role

Company DescriptionMegalabs USA is part of the Megalabs Group, an international pharmaceutical and wellness company with a presence in more than 20 countries.Established following the acquisition of Victus Inc. in 2022, Megalabs USA is focused on expanding our presence in the U.S. across health & wellness. Our growing portfolio includes products in nutrition, supplements, digestive health, hair care, skin care, and personal wellness.Position OverviewMegalabs USA is looking for an exceptional Amazon Paid Media Manager to own Amazon advertising strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of consumer brands. This is a highly hands on role with direct responsibility for managing significant Amazon advertising investment across multiple brands, categories and marketplaces. We are not looking for someone to simply manage an agency. We are looking for someone who can personally operate Amazon Ads at a high level, understands how advertising impacts the entire Amazon business and knows how to balance aggressive revenue growth with profitability. The person joining our team will inherit established Amazon businesses as well as emerging brands where Amazon represents a significant growth opportunity. You'll work across brands including DS Laboratories, Geologie, Prunelax and our Nutrition portfolio, with categories spanning haircare, skincare, digestive health, supplements and nutritional products. This person should be obsessed with the numbers, comfortable making decisions quickly and capable of finding growth opportunities that others miss. What You'll OwnAmazon Advertising• Own Amazon paid media strategy and execution across the entire Megalabs USA portfolio• Personally manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video and Sponsored Display• Build, restructure and optimize campaigns directly within Amazon Ads• Manage advertising budgets across brands, products and marketplaces• Own ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR and advertising contribution to revenue• Conduct keyword research, search term mining and competitive targeting• Build branded, non branded, competitor, category and product targeting strategies• Continuously optimize bids, placements, budgets, match types and campaign structures• Identify wasted spend quickly and reallocate investment toward higher return opportunities• Develop strategies for defending branded search while expanding new customer acquisition• Build advertising strategies around new product launches, promotions, Prime events, Subscribe & Save and seasonal opportunities• Evaluate and manage Amazon DSP opportunities where appropriateGrowth & ProfitabilityThis isn't an ACOS management position. The objective is to grow Amazon revenue profitably. You'll be expected to understand how advertising impacts:• Organic ranking • Total Amazon revenue • New customer acquisition • Subscribe & Save growth • Product launches • Market share • Contribution margin • Inventory velocity • SKU profitabilityThe strongest candidate will understand when it makes sense to tolerate a higher ACOS to accelerate a strategic SKU and when spending needs to be reduced because incremental revenue is destroying contribution margin.Portfolio Budget ManagementYou'll be responsible for determining where the next advertising dollar should go.That means constantly evaluating opportunities across brands.Should incremental spend go toward Revita? Spectral?A growing Geologie SKU?Prunelax?Enterex?A new launch? An international marketplace? We want someone capable of allocating capital based on opportunity rather than simply maintaining predetermined campaign budgets.Analytics & Reporting (Working side by side with our BI/Analytics team)• Build clear weekly and monthly Amazon advertising reporting• Analyze performance at the brand, campaign, SKU, ASIN, keyword and search term level• Monitor TACOS and advertising dependency at the SKU level• Identify changes in conversion, CPC, competition and search demand• Develop forecasts and advertising budgets• Partner with our BI team to improve Amazon reporting and attribution• Translate large amounts of Amazon data into clear actionsWe don't need someone who produces a 40 page report explaining what happened. We need someone who can tell us:What happened? Why? What are we changing? Where are we putting the next dollar?Marketplace CollaborationYou'll work closely with the Amazon Marketplace Manager, who will own the broader marketplace business including catalog, listings, merchandising, promotions, inventory coordination and marketplace operations. The two roles should operate as partners. The Marketplace Manager owns the Amazon storefront and business. You own the paid growth engine. You'll also work closely with Brand, Creative, BI, Supply Chain and Ecommerce leadership. What We're Looking For• 5+ years of hands on Amazon advertising experience• Demonstrated experience personally managing significant Amazon advertising budgets• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display• Strong understanding of Amazon Ads Console and Seller Central• Experience managing multiple brands, product categories or client accounts simultaneously• Deep understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR and contribution margin• Advanced keyword research and search term analysis capabilities• Experience building and restructuring complex Amazon advertising accounts• Strong Excel and analytical skills• Ability to diagnose performance problems quickly• Experience working with high SKU count businesses• Experience with Amazon DSP is strongly preferred• International Amazon advertising experience is a plus• Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, supplements, consumer healthcare or CPG is highly desirableThe Person We're Looking ForYou're probably the person who opens Amazon Ads and immediately starts seeing things you want to change. You question why money is being spent where it is.You find search terms competitors missed. You know which campaigns deserve another $5,000 and which ones shouldn't get another $50.You're comfortable managing established brands where efficiency matters, but you're equally comfortable taking calculated risks when a smaller brand or new product needs investment to grow. You don't need an agency to tell you what happened. You know because you're in the account. And most importantly, you take ownership.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
