This position willbe located in Lowell, OR.The Fall Creek Human Resources Manager will provide hands-on HR leadership across the US/Canada region, partnering with leaders to support our people and business priorities. This role will play a key part in strengthening our culture, developing our people, and supporting Fall Creek's continued growth and success. What you'll do at Fall Creek:
In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the U.S. and Canada, helping connect people strategies with business needs. You will provide both strategic and hands-on HR support while helping build an engaged, high-performing workplace. Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical HR guidance and solutions. Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management, development, and other people-related matters. Support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs across the U.S. and Canada. Lead and support talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain strong talent. Guide employee relations matters and ensure consistent and appropriate HR practices. Support performance management, employee development, succession planning, and talent initiatives. Support organizational change and effective communication across the business. Translate global HR strategies and programs into solutions that meet U.S. and Canada business needs. Partner across HR and the business on compensation, benefits, HR operations, compliance, and other people initiatives. Use HR data and insights to identify trends, support decision, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and HR best practices. Balance strategic HR partnership with hands‑on support in a fast-paced, changing environment. What you bring to Fall Creek:1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.2. Requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist or HRBP experience in a multi-site or commercial business, and a minimum of 2+ years’ of experience in a managerial role..3. Experience supporting a turnaround, growth, or transformation environment strongly preferred.4. Knowledge of current laws and regulations.5. Demonstrated ability to partner with sales and business leaders.6. Strong employee relations, coaching, and problem-solving skills.7. Working knowledge of HR shared services and center of excellence operating models.8. Strong communication, critical thinking, and execution skills.9.
