The successful candidate will be responsible for leading both buy-side and sell-side engagements, capital raising, and financial sponsor coverage. This role requires a dynamic individual who can leverage extensive industry expertise and innovative strategies to deliver exceptional client solutions. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building and growing a team, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables through meticulous attention to detail and effective decision-making. Applicants for the Managing Director, TAS position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A advisory services, particularly within middle-market transactions, is required. The role demands a proven track record in generating new business and cultivating client relationships, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
