Ticketing InternObjectives: by the end of the Festival, interns should be able to: Track ticket purchases and attendance at eventsDetermine possible causes of low ticket sales and collaborate with PR and Marketing team to increase salesManage pre-concert guest flowCreate assessment of tickets sold v. actual attendanceDuties: over the course of the Festival, interns will: Track numbers of ticket purchases for each eventCollaborate with PR team to identify and promote under-performing events on social mediaWelcome and check in guests at each performanceAnswer guest questions at check-in, process at-door ticket purchases, and direct guests at intermission and during receptionsPerform ushering duties if neededDesired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: the ideal intern candidate possesses: Knowledge of EventBrite and EventBrite OrganizerSkill in communicating clearly and in a timely manner with patrons and team membersAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to be flexible, show initiative, and can problem-solveWillingness to work late nights if needed
