About the role
Purpose of this job
The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties / Responsibilities
Overseeing the office supply inventory and ensuring that supplies are in line with office needs.
Ensuring all office equipment is working and properly maintained.
Working with management team to monitor spending and other expenses.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Interact professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
Directs/assists with office activities, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, recruiting, training, and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assists and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
Oversees email correspondence and mail distribution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
Clear background and drug test.
Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
Physical Requirements
Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead.
Ability to stand and walk frequently.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
