Part-Time Executive Assistants (Onsite, Hybrid & Virtual): Must Live in the United States***NOTE: This is not a currently open job order. This is a "pipeline req" for those who are interested in future PT EA opportunities that become available to us. We are currently building our pipeline of talented part-time executive assistants to be ready for the needs of our clients. If you have the following skills, we'd like to talk to you! Do you have executive assistant skills that you'd like to utilize on a part-time basis? Are you attracted to the idea of supporting small businesses by assisting with their administrative needs? TYPICAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage calendars and emails
Arrange travel Organize meetings and events Process expense reports Assist with creating and editing emails, presentations, etc. Conduct general researchCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of executive assistant experience Microsoft Office or Google SuiteStrong written and verbal communication High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills Time management skillsCRM experience preferred Hourly rates usually range from $30-35 per hour depending on job and experience.
