About the role

Advantest’s ATS Lake Forest site seeks an experienced Quality Division Manager to lead quality systems development and ongoing improvement across the BU. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure defect-free products and compliant processes. You will drive end-to-end quality strategy, manage budgets, mentor staff, and maintain ISO9001 standards while advancing ESG initiatives within the BU.
