About the role

Endless Foundation seeks a seasoned Head of Philanthropy to lead its grantmaking and strategic philanthropic initiatives. You will design programs, implement strategies, and evaluate impact while balancing needs of grantees, partners, and internal teams. The role requires deep experience and a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. You will collaborate with Endless leadership, Dalio Philanthropies, and the Principal to set strategy, oversee grants, and build partnerships.
