About the role
Representing a leader in behavioral healthcare, the part-time Bilingual Telephone Interviewer will conduct data collection activities from caregivers, ensuring adherence to best practices and promoting services in a positive manner while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct data collection activities from caregivers receiving various services
Promote ABH services while adhering to established guidelines and procedures
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
Associate's Degree required
1 year of customer service or administrative work experience required
Attendance at annual Conflict of Interest training is mandatory
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
