Kimmel & Associates is seeking two newly created Vice President of Operations roles for a leading heavy civil contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. One role targets public-sector work, the other private-sector, reporting to the VP of Operations. These positions require hands-on leadership across a broad portfolio and strong P&L accountability. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in heavy civil with multi-project oversight, strategic ops mindset, and a proven track record of profitability
