About the role
Managing operational and analytical tasks, the full-time Cost Optimization Manager will analyze partner performance metrics, develop cost optimization strategies, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilitiesIndependently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution and result control
Analyze statistics and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
Develop and implement cost optimization strategies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersRequired qualificationsProficiency in English (B2+), Russian (C1+), and Chinese (B2+)
Strong skills in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use
Experience with Bitrix CRM and handling complex partner requests
Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and manage time efficiently
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find professional solutions
