About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Sales for the U.S. and Canada Commercial Truck and Off-Highway (CTOH) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a business with significant annual sales, driving profitable growth, and expanding market share. This role requires a high-energy commercial leader with a strong executive presence, strategic discipline, and hands-on operating capability. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the CTOH growth plan, leading a high-performing sales organization, guiding product management strategy, and overseeing sales operations to ensure strong execution against various objectives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic customer management, leading negotiations with major accounts, and partnering cross-functionally to improve service, profitability, and go-to-market execution. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive commercial leadership experience in related sectors, with a proven track record of leading teams across sales, product management, and commercial operations. Experience in managing a business or portfolio exceeding $100M in annual revenue is essential, as is a strong background in growing revenue and profitability through strategic customer relationships and disciplined sales execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, customer focus, and commercial acumen are also required, along with a preference for those with heavy-duty or commercial vehicle aftermarket exposure, U.S. and Canadian market experience, and an MBA or advanced business education.
