About the role

The City of Norfolk's Department of Recreation, Parks and Open Space is seeking a Recreation Activity Instructor to plan, implement, and evaluate music programming for youth, teens, adults and seniors at Lakewood Dance & Music Center, Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities include teaching voice, piano, guitar, percussion and brass, developing classes in at least two instruments, and managing curricula while providing feedback and excellent customer service. Flexible hours up to 20 per week.
