Harness Assembly Technician - 1st Shift Waukesha, WI | $20.00/hour | Contract-to-Hire Looking for a company that will invest in your future? No previous harness assembly experience is required-comprehensive training is provided. As a Harness Assembly Technician, you'll assemble electrical wire harnesses and components by following work instructions and blueprints, using hand tools, and performing quality inspections to ensure every product meets high standards.
Responsibilities: Assemble electrical wire harnesses and components according to work instructions and blueprints. Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires accurately. Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production and quality goals while working as part of a team.
What We're Looking For: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read a ruler and follow written instructions. Basic computer skills are helpful but not required. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but training is provided. Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
