Responsibilities:
Process and sort incoming mail for the Michigan Department of Treasury. Open, review, and prepare documents for imaging. Manage mail delivery and pick-up within the Operations Center. Prepare certified, registered, and special mailings. Void undeliverable checks and sort reports. Lift and transport mail containers and push mail carts as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry mail containers and push mail carts. Attention to detail for accurate document preparation and sorting. Preferences Experience in mail handling or office assistance.
