Daily Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation
Execute various cooking techniques such as pasta, scratch cooking, knife skills, and more
Work on the line to cook and assemble dishes efficiently during service
Monitor portion control and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process

Required Skills:

Experience with grilling, broiling, sautéing, and other cooking methods
Knowledge of menu planning, sauce making, and pastry making
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills: Experience with wok cooking, batch cooking, and a la carte service
Familiarity with salad, soup, and fryer stations

Salary Range: $32,000 - $42,000 annually
