Law Firm Sales Professional - Commission-Based, Upside Earnings
Benjamin Law Firm is more than just a legal practice—we’re passionate advocates who fight for second chances. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven culture that values integrity and client care. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in all the BEST PARTS of Sales!
We're seeking a person who can sell legal services, assist with and implement new marketing strategies, and build relationships to generate potential client leads. Our firm has a stellar reputation statewide for providing criminal defense legal services, and exceptional client service is our top priority. We fight to protect the rights of good people who may have made a mistake that shouldn’t haunt them for life.
We need someone with a strong understanding of sales technologies, methodologies, and best practices. You must be able to sell consultatively, helping potential clients understand their situation, weigh their options, and make important, sometimes painful decisions. If you're looking to work with an amazing team, this is the position for you!
We are currently hiring for both part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full-time positions.
Part-time team members must be available to work at least 8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays (including evening shifts) , as well as additional weekday hours to meet the 20-hour weekly minimum.
This is a commission-based opportunity only — with upside earnings . Your income potential is ceiling-free , directly tied to your performance.
Both part-time and full-time roles offer the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of the firm .

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
