Production Associate

Essential Duties: Operate hand/power tools. Learn and apply product specifications across a variety of manufactured product types. Safely start-up, operate and shut-down production machinery and equipment. Safely lift, carry and handle raw materials and finished product, up to 75 lbs. Transport and stage finished products to designated in Production and Shipping areas as requested. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Required: Operate with Passion, Energy and Enthusiasm. Always remain safety conscious. High level of attention to detail and time management skills. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to read a tape measure. Skilled hand/eye to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to read and interpret job specs. Ability to perform basic math skills. Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols. Have prompt and reliable attendance.
