About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience managing waterline, bridge and roadway construction projects with local agencies - WSSC, MDSHA and various counties in the area. Position serves as company representative to Owner for all aspects of the project.

Responsibilities: Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Monitor status of the project as work progresses Prepare and negotiate change orders as needed Ensure timely completion and acceptance of the project

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years experience with similar project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
