Press Operator We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a Full-Time Press Operator.

Press Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 05:30pm) Operate compression molding presses to produce rubber parts according to precise specifications Read, interpret, and follow manufacturing instructions and production orders accurately Perform quality checks on in-process and finished products; document and report any defects or issues Load raw materials into machines and remove finished parts efficiently Press Operator Qualifications: Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly (up to 50 lbs preferred) Ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts) Previous manufacturing or press/machine operator experience preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
