The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer ROI, adoption, and sustainable enterprise growth. This executive role involves managing and scaling a global, multi-departmental delivery organization, with a focus on professional services, technical delivery, and customer outcomes.The VP will also be at the forefront of AI transformation, leading the evolution of delivery capabilities to meet the demands of AI and agentic solutions. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience in professional services within global SaaS or cloud enterprise environments, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position. A strong technical foundation and experience in leading technical customer delivery organizations are essential.The role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of enterprise AI delivery, contact center operations, and customer retention strategies. The VP will be expected to have a proven track record in global delivery leadership, financial management, and cross-functional orchestration, as well as the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
