About the role

Laborer Steel WorkerWe are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our production team as Laborers. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced steel processing facility where you'll assist with material handling, machine operation, packaging, and general production duties. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and enjoy physical work, we'd love to hear from you. Shift & Pay Details MondayFriday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM / Mandatory Overtime$ 19.76/an hour
Responsibilities: Assist with the processing and handling of carbon flat-rolled steel products. Load, unload, and stage steel coils, sheets, and other materials. Assist operators with slitting, cut-to-length, and other steel processing equipment. Band, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Inspect materials to ensure quality standards and order accuracy are met. Keep work areas clean and organized while following all housekeeping standards. Support machine setups, material changes, and production runs. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines. Perform general labor and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working around heavy machinery and steel products. Strong work ethic, attendance, and willingness to work overtime. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
