CHAOS Industries is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for software, hardware, and manufacturing roles in a fast-moving defense-aligned environment. You will partner with the Recruiting Lead, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to build robust pipelines and deliver top talent. The role requires 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining high attention to detail.
